§ 8.18. Violation of mandatory liability insurance laws.

The chief clerk and magistrates of the city municipal court be and are hereby authorized to take and receive guilty pleas from individuals charged or cited for violations of section 32-7A-4 Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended (failure of proof of liability insurance coverage) as incorporated as an offense against the City of Anniston by Ordinance No. 83-O-35.
