§ 2.41. Reimbursement for certain expenses.

Upon presentation of an itemized statement thereof, the city council shall reimburse the city attorney, deputy city attorney and special counsel for any items of traveling expense incurred in attendance upon court elsewhere than in the city, or for other legitimate expenses incurred in transacting city business.
