§ 2.24. Clerk to attest municipal contracts and affix seal; exceptions.

Latest version.

All written contracts or municipal obligations, including temporary loans and excluding purchases for ordinary current municipal needs, shall be attested by the clerk, to which he shall also affix the seal of the city. This section shall not apply to bond issues or attached interest coupons.
