§ 2.10. Same—New or additional bonds required.

Should the city council at any time deem the amount of any official bond or the surety thereon insufficient, it shall require a new or additional bond of such officer, to be executed within five (5) days. Upon the failure of any officer to execute such new or additional bond within the time specified, it shall be the duty of the city manager to report such delinquency to the city council for such action as it may deem necessary.
