Chapter 25. POOLROOMS AND BILLIARD ROOMS

§ 25.1. Annual license required for poolrooms and pool tables.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or conduct for profit within the city any billiard or pool table or table of like description or any poolroom or billiard room or place of like nature without first having secured a license therefor.

No license for less than one year shall be granted to operate or conduct a billiard or pool table or poolroom or billiard room, nor shall any such license be issued except upon application in writing.
